The hotel will collect the complete first night stay per room including taxes and fees as deposit for reservations made directly with hotel in person, via phone call, and/or website (this policy is subject to change in the case of incurring in a third party or online travel agent – OTA- i.e Expedia.com and/or its travel partners, Booking.com and/or its travel partners, Airbnb and/or its travel partners or any supplier or medium through which reservation was created). Said deposit will be collected on the day of the reservation being completed. The remaining amount or balance will be collected on the day of check-in.
Guests must present valid identification as well as a credit card upon check-in. Room access will only be provided to the person under which reservation is made unless written authorization is provided by the person who made a reservation and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating details of the person who is authorized to check-in under his or her name.

You may cancel your reservations 7 calendar days prior to your scheduled date of arrival in order to receive a full refund of your reservation on most reservations made directly with the Hotel. Please mind that reservations made through a third party (i.e Expedia and/or its travel partners, Booking.com and/or its travel partners, Airbnb, or any other online travel agent -OTA- that collects booking payments on behalf of the hotel) have different cancellation policies and restrictions that may and/or may not apply (including non-refundable special rates). Trópica Beach hotel will retain the first night stay or deposit in the case of a cancellation within 7 calendar days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. You may use this first nights deposit as hotel stay credit to be used within 365 calendar days. Credit that is not used within 365 days after scheduled check-in date will be lost.
Hotel stay refunds for reservations that apply due to cancellation 7 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation. Said refund will only be credited by credit card used to make the reservation. Cash refunds are not allowed for cancellations within established cancellation policy.
You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker. All carriers who deliver alcoholic beverages are required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you or someone over the age of 21 will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your shipment. We highly recommend having your wine shipped to a business to avoid any potential delays.
